For ethical reasons our division has decided not to become an ECM Provider, recognising that Scientific Associations, Companies and Official Bodies should undertake this delicate work.
For the Training Accreditation Event Management we take care of:
- Contacts with speakers for the collection of data, curricula and abstracts.
- Contact with the scientific head of the event for the drafting of rationales and for the correct singling out of teaching methods within the scientific programme.
- Forwarding of all necessary material for the accreditation of the provider within foreseen dates ( or direct insertion on the web site if in possession of provider's user password and ID).
- Production of forms according to the criteria of the Commisione Nazionale ECM: participant data release cards, Evaluation Card for the training event, Training Questionnaire for participants.
- Checking and evaluation of all data gathered.
- Drafting of final reports.
- Forwarding to the provider ( or to the ECM site) of the final reports.
- Production and delivery of ECM certificates to the correctly accredited participants.
